    Re: Cross State Title Issue

The big type above should have clued you in. Interestingly enough KRS 186A.060 mentions nothing I can find that has anything to do with how a none dealer is supposed to disclose.

    Medical Malpractice: Re: Therapist Malpractice

How is a judge going to see anything? There is no legal action taking place. No judge is involved.
  6. Re: Can Er Hospital "Block Me" if an Emergency

You would not be blocked from the ER after a car accident or any other emergency medical situation.

    Medical Malpractice: Re: Therapist Malpractice

    Are you on dope?

    Medical Malpractice: Re: Therapist Malpractice

And you think there would be a written record of these bags of cash or bribes, why?

Estate Assets and Debts: Re: Life Tenancy Termination

You get a lawyer and go to court. I don't believe you are understanding what the trust document is saying.
  15. Re: Sales Tax on Smart Phones More Than Local Tax?

It might or might not list a free service on the bill.
  16. Re: Sales Tax on Smart Phones More Than Local Tax?

I wonder if any amount of "free cell service" was provided when the phone was purchased? If so there could be a tax on the value of that service.
  17. Re: Sales Tax on Smart Phones More Than Local Tax?

I think you need to talk to someone other than the 1st level customer service rep.
  18. Applying to Rent: Re: Who Pays Broker's Fee in NYC Landlord or Tenant

According to another article in the link you posted the judge blocked the rule so at this moment in time it has no effect so the tenant pays. How the fee is split is between the two brokers.

  21. Speeding Tickets: Re: Can You Be Pulled Over for Going 1 Mile Over

Again Harold, what do you think the media, or anyone for that matter, would have to gain by disseminating that fewer 16-year-olds were getting licenses.

  24. Speeding Tickets: Re: Can You Be Pulled Over for Going 1 Mile Over
