  1. Passing a School Bus: Re: What Do You Do if You Are Charged of Passing a School Bus, but Didn't Do It

Thanks for the heads up. I'll try to ignore him too. :)
  2. Passing a School Bus: Re: What Do You Do if You Are Charged of Passing a School Bus, but Didn't Do It

Then you should admit that your first three sentences are wrong. In that, a guilty verdict does not mean a person is no longer innocent.
  3. Passing a School Bus: Re: What Do You Do if You Are Charged of Passing a School Bus, but Didn't Do It

Oh, that hurts. But don't worry. I won't respond to your dumb thoughts anymore.
  4. Passing a School Bus: Re: What Do You Do if You Are Charged of Passing a School Bus, but Didn't Do It

It was you that asked the dumb question.
  5. Passing a School Bus: Re: What Do You Do if You Are Charged of Passing a School Bus, but Didn't Do It

Why are you asking me your dumb question? I never said it was a law, rather a commonly known phrase that nearly every human being is familiar with and thinks our justice system is based upon. But not...
  6. Passing a School Bus: Re: What Do You Do if You Are Charged of Passing a School Bus, but Didn't Do It

This is a common, yet inherently flawed phrase because 'proven guilty' does not negate one's innocence. It could just a easily be 'innocent in spite of being proven guilty.'

    It is a legal term...
  7. Passing a School Bus: Re: What Do You Do if You Are Charged of Passing a School Bus, but Didn't Do It

We finally agree. That "proven guilty" does not mean a person did the crime. It means he has to do the time. :) And it does not mean the decision/vote is based in truth.

    But still, "voted...
  8. Passing a School Bus: Re: What Do You Do if You Are Charged of Passing a School Bus, but Didn't Do It

Your stalking and harassing of me doesn't seem to be working. But have fun with it. :)

Unlike you, I have never broken a forum rule.
  9. Passing a School Bus: Re: What Do You Do if You Are Charged of Passing a School Bus, but Didn't Do It

The term "proven guilty" is a fallacy used by folks who wish to bolster our justice system. A person in actually voted guilty by one, three or twelve people.

One is rarely "proven guilty" unless...

    Re: Red Light Camera Ticket

I would assume the enforcement of those citations is made more difficult, not the act of collecting evidence in that fashion. Like many things about law, one must respond the correct way to get off.

    Re: Dodge Dealership

You should respond like this to pg1067's stupid questions. Oh, that's right, he's one of the clique and Zigner isn't. :)

    Re: Red Light Camera Ticket

I assume you got cited by a redlight camera even though they were banned? If so, what you describe is similar to the redlight camera system in Los Angeles County which were also "banned."

    In LA...

Credit / Debit Card Fraud: Re: Unauthorized Use of Credit Card

I don't believe I have ever "demanded an apology" from anyone here. Furthermore, I rip on a few bad apples here, so why wouldn't I expect grief back in return? As is done to me everyday if you keep...
  15. Adoption of Children: Re: Adopt My Own Child After I Have a Legal Name Change

Nope, just shots at the a-holes that you apparently admire.

Poor baby misses KIA who did his dirty work.
  16. Adoption of Children: Re: Adopt My Own Child After I Have a Legal Name Change

But he has never shown his "mastery." I am still waiting for it.

You are free to give accolades to whoever you want. I apparently set my standards differently than you.

    A lawyer coming here to...

Credit / Debit Card Fraud: Re: Unauthorized Use of Credit Card

Sorry for offending you but you have unwarranted thin skin.

You are beginning to think that the text you put up on this board is you...the actual you. And what I write here is me...the actual me....

Credit / Debit Card Fraud: Re: Unauthorized Use of Credit Card

Your response is a clear display why I would never go against an attorney in any courtroom in front of a jury. I believe you could discredit Mother Thersea to a bag of trash if you were paid to do...

Credit / Debit Card Fraud: Re: Unauthorized Use of Credit Card

You seem to somehow know the likeliness of a CC company not crediting a violated account. So what likeliness is that? I, for one, have never heard of a CC holder being financially liable for an...
  20. Adoption of Children: Re: Adopt My Own Child After I Have a Legal Name Change

BS! You see it all. That is just your 'lawyer excuse' for cowering to being called out. Besides, drivel is you constantly criticizing grammar and responding to questions with questions...and rarely...
  21. Adoption of Children: Re: Adopt My Own Child After I Have a Legal Name Change

You should be asking the same of him.

He is a lawyer, master of debate and the written language, yet he comes here to mock OP's and ask irrelevant questions to appear smart while belittling...
  22. Adoption of Children: Re: Adopt My Own Child After I Have a Legal Name Change

If you cannot see that this is mocking someone, it must be because jerks are rarely aware that they are being jerks.

Credit / Debit Card Fraud: Re: Unauthorized Use of Credit Card

How does a person sue when he hasn't experienced any loss 99% of the time? And why would a person go through the trouble of filing a police report when the crime/loss was not against them?

    I once...
  24. Adoption of Children: Re: Adopt My Own Child After I Have a Legal Name Change

So "volunteering" allows a person to post crap like this.

I have never treated an OP like that. You guys do because you know others will have your backs and the OP will eventually go away. Oh,...
  25. Adoption of Children: Re: Adopt My Own Child After I Have a Legal Name Change
