    Im in WA, not sure what state the guy was in that brought up the issue but I'm sure it would have had to been one where traffic infractions are a civil case.

    If a cause of action encompasses both the legal theory and the legal wrong of the plaintiff, (in this case the ticketing officer), the ticketing officer cant claim to have suffered.

    Maybe I watch too much TV but is trying to show a valid cause of action against me by the ticketing officer ever work in traffic court?

    You wouldnt happen to know where I can find info. where it states your class B CDL reverts back to a regular drivers license if you allow your medical to expire?

    Why are you not eligible for a deferral if you have a CDL?
    I was going to try and go that route but I have a Class B but I havnt used it in years.

    So is it even worth going to ct and fighting? I'm pretty much guility.
    I'm thinking I can at least ask for a deferment or can I request a deferment if I call the clerks office?

    Why yes I did, how did you know that?
    Went to ct in GA to fight a speeding ticket...the cop didnt show so the judge re-scheduled!! WTF!
    Cop didnt show the 2nd time so it was trhown out.

    I show up to traffic court in Georgia for crossing a double white line while merging into traffic... hoping that the cop will not show up...He isnt there so I'm assuming it will get thrown...
