Federal Taxes: Re: Fbar, Fatca Filing and Spouse

Your sister needs to be asking her own questions. Whomever she asks these questions of will need the state she is a resident of.
  3. Transfer of Title: Re: I Bought a Vehicle with the Original Title but It Has an Undisclosed Lien

Your wall of text was hard to read so if I missed something I apologize.

It sounds like you never really owned the car. I also can't really tell what the judge was trying to rule on.

    You...
  4. Traffic Lane Violations: Re: Hov Violation Riding a Polaris Slingshot

Here's Article 6. Show me where you think it says that.

All Debts contracted and Engagements entered into, before the Adoption of this Constitution, shall be as valid against the United States...
  5. Traffic Lane Violations: Re: Hov Violation Riding a Polaris Slingshot

I don't think you quite understand Article 6 but it doesn't matter. The feds consider it a motorcycle for safety laws. The Feds have little to nothing to do with how states register and regulate...

Getting Fired: Re: Disagreed with Dishonesty, Terminated

If it was then the reason our OP failed there is that Freemasonry isn't a religion.
  7. Civil Procedure Issues: Re: Small Business Filing Countersuit in Small Claims Court

While none of us would ever suggest you NOT call your lawyer.

    You are welcome. :D

Getting Fired: Re: Disagreed with Dishonesty, Terminated

    I did tell you ...

You got fired and it doesn't seem like they have any misconduct to base a UI disqualification on. A bad hire is on them not you.

That was in response to asking

    "Any chance...

Getting Fired: Re: Disagreed with Dishonesty, Terminated

Like this wasn't implying an age-related issue.
  11. Civil Procedure Issues: Re: Small Business Filing Countersuit in Small Claims Court

Why did your business down? If it is to go to court that isn't recoverable.

Getting Fired: Re: Disagreed with Dishonesty, Terminated

Sure go file. You got fired and it doesn't seem like they have any misconduct to base a UI disqualification on. A bad hire is on them not you.
  13. Civil Procedure Issues: Re: Small Business Filing Countersuit in Small Claims Court

Nowhere in your post do you mention what you or the others want to sue her for.

Getting Fired: Re: Disagreed with Dishonesty, Terminated

Since you described yourself in at the beginning of your post as "Senior Technologist" I don't see why you would leap to the assumption when the manager used the terms, Senior and Junior you would...
  15. Harassment: Re: Can I Sign a Document with V.c. (Vi Coactus) After My Name, Instead of Before

I save employees this silliness. Above the employee signature line on the discipline forms, I create there are two boxes that can be checked. One says they agree one says they don't. And very clearly...
  16. Background Checks: Re: Hired Before Background Check Complete then Fired

If the OP did or does the OP will need to list the employer he last left as his last employer.
  17. Establishment: Re: Is a Protection Order Likely to Be Granted

Sound to me like a really good case for a protection order.
  18. Background Checks: Re: Hired Before Background Check Complete then Fired

Barring some contract that says otherwise it is legal. "Fired" is not a legal term. You are either voluntarily terminated (quit) or involuntarily terminated (fired).

    If you have already started...

    Re: Rights to Protect Property

Maybe it is and yes he should but head back up and read the very sentence of post number one. He hasn't backed off that silly statement in this now 28 post long thread.

    Re: Rights to Protect Property

Well, I posted a link to King County arrests and at the time there were many property crime arrests in that last 24 hours. That pretty much proves there is not a department-wide policy to not make...

    Re: Rights to Protect Property

I don't think anyone is questioning that there are high crime areas in Seattle. What most of us are questioning is the OPs position that the police aren't making, by policy, property crime arrests.
  22. Defamation: Re: Cosmetology Student Signed Waiver; Posted Slander Anyway (6 Months Now)

Actually, the first three would be opinions. She didn't say the instructor was intoxicated. You would be very hard pressed to prove that one post damaged you.

No, I don't live there and I don't have to to be able to read the stats.

    Re: Rights to Protect Property

    This is silly.
