Getting Fired: Re: Disagreed with Dishonesty, Terminated

In WA you must be employed for 4 months to get UE. I was there a month.

But being fired for Performance does not disqualify. Bottom line is no UE.

    comment/ator,

    - Yes, SSI is based upon my being both disabled and my income being below the federal poverty guidelines they're using. And I had qualified for several years. Where did I say...
  13. Credit Reports: Re: Credit

I agree flyingron, denial is a good defense mechanism. And I know life is terrible, especially for the orthodox.

I can't afford an attorney. And I had never ignored anything -- I had a vicious...
  14. Credit Reports: Re: Credit

This was no help at all, which may be what you intended.

Are you trying to convince me that the Law has completely lost sight of Justice? Was this your goal? Or are you just angry?

  18. Eviction Process: Re: Eviction Procedures in Washington, Snohomish County

Well now their lawyer has filed a counter-claim against me for "Discrimination under the ADA". I haven't read it, but presume it's about her supposed "service dog", a large Pit Bull for which she...

Update: I dropped off the letter at his 'office' (executive offices, solo type) and he signed for it; I took it to the Clerk and filed it with a cover, to get it in the file. (no working papers...
  20. Eviction Process: Re: Eviction Procedures in Washington, Snohomish County

Good idea, although there may be a problem with jurisdiction. The court may say that it no longer has it, even though the tenants have only moved only a block away.

    I'm doing the letter anyway...
