my father was sent to court in 99 i believe for deportation. he was given a period of time to leave but did not. at the time i was about 4 years of age. At the age of 16 me & my family were deported...

Latin America. I was deported at the age of 16, can i re-enter the states when i turn the age of 18 or when will i be able to? i want to re-enter with a student visa to persue my studies.
