  1. Re: Does My Sons Dads Girlfriend Has Legal Rights to Be in School Parent Conferences

The girlfriend doesn't have a dog in this fight. Her wants and needs do not come into play.

But the school is not the referee here and it isn't their place to have to do so.

    If you aren't...
  2. Workers Compensation Issues: Re: Where Do We Even Begin - Contracts, Retirement, Work Injuries

The employer doesn't have to allow him to work with the restriction. They can send him to the house or reassign him.

He needs to find out who the work comp insurance adjuster is and give him/her a...
  3. Workers Compensation Issues: Re: Where Do We Even Begin - Contracts, Retirement, Work Injuries

Are you asking about the employer not following the ortho doctor's work restrictions?

If so you husband needs a copy of them in his pocket and the next time they want him to do work that isn't...
  4. Workers Compensation Issues: Re: Where Do We Even Begin - Contracts, Retirement, Work Injuries

What you need to find out is if a Workers' Compensation claim was ever filed.
  5. Workers Compensation Issues: Re: Where Do We Even Begin - Contracts, Retirement, Work Injuries

Why do you think that? Was a workers' compensation claim filed? I doubt it was because if so his medical wouldn't have been paying for it.

    Re: Asap

That makes no sense at all. If you want to evict your tenant you have to go to court.

You can offer her some cash to leave.

  9. Theft and Larceny: Re: Theft of Store Property Charge Against Wishes of Store Owner

    Attention Readers,

Harold99 posts for no other reason than to take shots at senior members of the forum and lawyers in general. *It would be wise to ignore whatever he writes. While the person...
  10. Privacy: Re: Boss Sharing My Personal Messages About My Reason for Missing Work with Subordina

You can look for a new job.

What rights do you think were violated? Your conversations and messages to your employer are not legally private.
  11. Theft and Larceny: Re: Theft of Store Property Charge Against Wishes of Store Owner

No, he doesn't but I'm treating you like a misbehaving child, trying to wear you out so you will go to sleep.
  12. Theft and Larceny: Re: Theft of Store Property Charge Against Wishes of Store Owner

Murder case and a stolen bike case. Those are totally the same thing.

  14. Theft and Larceny: Re: Theft of Store Property Charge Against Wishes of Store Owner

I think you will find you will need to find a new place to ask your questions.

Had I looked at your posting history before I tried to help you I probably wouldn't have wasted the time.
  15. Theft and Larceny: Re: Theft of Store Property Charge Against Wishes of Store Owner

You are going to have to better explain what you were charged with and how that happened.

Also, sending the judge an "angry letter" before you court data is probably the stupidest thing you could...
  16. Fences and Walls: Re: Neighbor Wants to Build a Boundary Fence

Not so quick. From that link...

    Re: Florida Vehicle Registration

You owned a vehicle with a clear title. You now own along with your ex-GF a vehicle with a $12K lien on the title. They can take it because the vehicle is the collateral for the loan.

  19. Security Deposits: Re: I Want to Recover Damages Associated to My Rental House

You want to sue the deepest pockets. Those belong to the management company.

But hell, you are free to name both the company and whoever signed the agreement as the "Broker/Designated property...
  20. Security Deposits: Re: I Want to Recover Damages Associated to My Rental House

You need to be taking action against the company, not the individual employee.
  21. Contract Law: Re: Parties to the Contract and the Power of Authorized Partners

I understand that. And in the OP you wrote what I posted and it does make mention of partners and affiliates.
  22. Re: Can Temporary Wooden Stakes or Lath with Ribbon Be Removed from the Property Line

I almost agree and that isn't what you said. Where I don't agree is that while the employee is insured and the bond of the employer will cover him the employee holds no license.

    Also, a GC is...
  23. Contract Law: Re: Parties to the Contract and the Power of Authorized Partners

That's not what you wrote in the OP.

"Company 2 (together with its authorized partners and affiliates - «Distributor»)"
  24. Re: Can Temporary Wooden Stakes or Lath with Ribbon Be Removed from the Property Line

Your understanding is wrong at least in MO and likely everywhere else. A contractor has to be licensed but each and every employee does not.
  25. Re: Can Temporary Wooden Stakes or Lath with Ribbon Be Removed from the Property Line

But the one in this discussion did have permanent markers installed.
