    That still does not answer the questions. It's specific in not having CASH resources. Owning insurance, business and real estate for example are not cash resources whereas banks and stocks are.

    Not sure how to ask. Obviously the defendant pays the judgement, but how is the defendant held to it? How is payment secured? What if the defendant does not have cash resources to pay?
