  1. Traffic Accidents: Re: Can You Sue Over a Car Accident in Federal Court

Hmmmm...and what kind of nonsense are you accusing me of? Is it considered nonsense to give one's opinion?

In this thread, I thought it logical to believe Supplemental Jurisdiction could come...
  2. Traffic Accidents: Re: Can You Sue Over a Car Accident in Federal Court

I was lookikng at another thread regarding the 100k worth of meds--sorry, it happens.

Sorry but lots of my advice is based on experience that enable me to give a reasonable opinion. If that...
  3. Harassment: Re: W/Comp Appt's

    Nice necropost!!

I agree with you concerning TPD benefits. However, my inaccuracies regarding TTD were incidental and the OP's question was answered.
  4. Traffic Accidents: Re: Can You Sue Over a Car Accident in Federal Court

Hmmm...the Plaintiff has 100k worth of medical bills and one of the defendants lives out of state. He cannot be sued in State Court so that leaves Federal Court as jurisdiction for a case that seems...
  5. Traffic Accidents: Re: Federal or State

Determination of Fault: Re: Girl Claiming I Hit Her

I find it unbelievable that this girl didn't confront you immediately after you allegedly hit her. I would make her prove to a court that you hit her as she said you did. A court would be just as...

Also, the Defendant still has the right to appeal the Judge's decision. This could drag the case on another month. Then after you win your judgement after all court procedures, the defendant still...
  17. Repair and Maintenance: Re: Air Conditioner in Southern California

If a landlord rents an apartment advertising that it is air conditioned, it stands to reason that said air conditioner should be in good working order. If it breaks down or just doesn't work, the...
