    Never trust the police!! They will do anything to secure convictions....If they havn't got strong enough evidence against you, don't help them, they will use all that against you!!

    How do you burgle and attempted burgle the same place.... five and six times, respectfully.

    Unless our OP is not only a burglar but is also the only burglar in the world with OCD, there were multiple places/charges involved.

    True,since he has so many charges he is probably screwed. I was trying to say if there was just one charge maybe probation can be had but not w. so many charges. He needs to work with a lawyer to do whatever damage control he can.
