Filing Form G-325a
Hi My husband (U.S. citenzen) and I (Alien to adjustfy the status) both work on G-325A form now. We will sumbit G-325A with I-130 and I-485.
Now we found one place where we are not sure to write down. The place it says: " This form is submitted in connection with an application for: _ Naturalization; _ Status as Permanent Resident; _ Other (Specify)"
I believe we should check on different selections. Am I rignt? For my husband, should he check "Other"? If so, how does he specify? What should he write down? For me, should I check "Status as Permanent Resident"?
Thank you for your time and attention. You reply will be highly appreciated.

Re: Filing Form G-325a
You check the box consistent with what you intend to do in relation to your status.
The form includes instruction and includes a telephone number to call for assistance if you don't understand how to complete it.

Re: Filing Form G-325a
Thanks again, Mr. Kownitall for your response. As a matter of fact, I did read the instruction and make a call before I wrote to Legal Help. The result was that they gave me the only address of the local office (National customer center service). I figure once I complete this form with confidence, I will make a trip to the office by transportation. Aright, I wish you a wonderful day.
