Consequence of a citizen's leaving the country while on probation
    Hello, im willie..!

    I NEED INFO!

I plan leaving the country in 35+ days , leaving a Probation sentence (more than 1/3 filled, but plan to 'pay-off' the court fees legal feees, before i leave, i have to ask my PROBO tomorow!) I live in boston,

can i leave the country w a suspended sentence and not face TIME?

MY Wife needs to leave the country for atleast 6to12 months (AND I MUST GO WITH HER!!!)

Its an immigration thing she 'owes' 6months of 'leave' from a Work Visa she had.. so she did 1.5 of the full 2.0 year lieave, but we married when she returned for some reason was allowed to come back (maybe to not to work, but as a tourist/visitor)

We love each other and must stay together(DUH).

i dont want her going back to her country alone!!

If the terms of your probation forbid your leaving the country or require you to get approval from your probation officer, and you violate those terms, you risk being found to have violated your probation. Let's hope your probation officer approves your trip.
