Assult on a Minor, or Self Defence from an Attacking Minor

Assault on a minor.
Hello. My name is Andre, and I am 19 years old.

i have writtin a detailed explanation of a situation i am and, and what im about to do, and i need to know what will happen to me if the police are invovled.

Hears the story:
there are a group of kids ranging from 16-18 who have encouraged my 2 little cousins to use drugs, (pot) drink alcoholic beverages, and inspire reckless scum behavior. My cousins have actively participated in illegal drug use and reckless behavior, and I have continuously beat the crap outta my cousins evrytime they tell me thay smoke pot or drinked. But me scaring them isint enough because now they are addicted, and they just love to hang around with these kids.
This is a new thing, because my cousins weren’t like this last year, and I have notice a dramatic change over the past months from hangin out with these kids.

As a result, I often make fun of my cousins evrytime they bring up their friends and the stuff they do. They get offended and tell their friends what I say, and they all threten me and tell me silly things like there going to kick my ass, and if they see me walkin there going to attack me and stuff. But I just ignore it because its silly. Ive never met them, but tthey are out to get me lol.
i have just recently discovered that my one of my cousins, who is 15 years, now Shakes in the hand from prolonged use of pot and cigarettes, all handled and distributed among these group of teens. He is special, and can be easily inspired by someone to do something stupid, Without a proper example to stand by him, he can be easily be persuaded because of his disabilities.

This makes me furious. Because if my cousin is damaged this much from just a few months of being with these people, what will happen after a year!!?!?
So I blame the teens he hangs with, and its about time I confront these young teens. I am going to find them all and threaten to contact there parents, and prosecute all of them including my cousins if they continue to do drugs.

but the question is this:
these kids have thretend to fight me, and even kill me, so its no doubt that they will attept to do harm me if I show up. I have never thretend to fight any of them, im only intending to go and speak a message to them in person.

Although, if they do lay a hand on me, I will single handedly whoop all there asses as they try to attack me, because I have advanced combat skills from 4month IDF basic training, and I love to fight.

What will happen to me if they attack me, and I simply defend myself with my bare hands, by knocking them out one by one as they try to strike me?

what defense do i have by hitting a minor who attacks me first without me even provoking him?

Im 19 years old, but im only 5’2, going against 6 or so kids ranging from 16-18, almost all of them will be taller than me, so im not like some buff scary big guy going after little kids.

im going to the actual hide out where its said that they do drugs at when nobodys around, because its the only place i can see ALL of them face to face. so what can i use as a defence if im charged in this situation?

How about, instead of making legal trouble for yourself by doing possible serious harm to another, you call in an anon tip to your local law enforcement and have them check it out? If you know they're going to be in their 'hide out', and know the location of same, this will accomplish what you want. Depending on the ages of the kids and the actions that are observed, MIP's and contributing to the delinquency, as well as drug charges are very likely.

lets say i tell these kids ill be at the jumps, and i got to the police and tell them that there are kids there doing drugs, explain to me this:

1. wont they ask me how i know and why im involved?
2. what if they dont have any drugs on them at the time the police serch them


how can i present myself to the police office without going though some long proscess?

and if i set them up, my cousins are going to know, because i was going with them, so if iset the kids up, my cousins wont be there, so how can i workaround all this??

should i just say something like:

theres been an issue with drugs being used at such and such place. my little cousin so an so informed me of this because he hangs around with kids who goes there. there going to be there at a certain time today, and because im concerned for my family's safety, im asking that you take action and take these kids off the street.

Simple solution, dude.

1. You contact the police department anonymously with the information you know. Or you go in person. You explain the situation....and all knowledge you have of it. You can also type it all up and mail it anonymously.

If your area has a Drug Enforcement group, you call them, too.

2. YOU stay out of it. Otherwise YOU can face criminal trouble, yourself.

3. What about your cousins parents, though I am guessing since they don't notice, they don't care....
