How to Get a Different Parole Officer
My question involves criminal law for the state of: Oregon. My brother was put in jail April 9 for a parole violation. I have met with his parole officer and the po says that he pretty much just doesn't like my brother. I was wondering how to go about getting a different parole officer for my brother. I am very concerned for his safety in jail as he is blind and can't defend himself. He has been living with my mom and noone knows why he is in jail. Any information would be great on getting a different parole officer.

There's no law that says a probation officer has to like a probationer.

Unfourtantly it may be hard to get a new PO, usually PO's are assigned to offenders based on where the offender lives, different PO's cover or supervise certain parts of the County. SO unless you could find out what parts his current PO supervises and then move to another part that is probably the only way that you will get a different PO.

As far as him being blind, they should I would think hav him in protective custody if anything
