    Modifiing Alimony in Uncontested Divorce
My question involves divorce in the State of:Oregon.I was married for 9&1/2yrs,been divorced for 4yrs. Foolishly, I agreed to $700.00mo spousal maintenance & failed to include a date of termination of support. The divorce was uncontested. Can I file a motion to modify or terminate support? Also, is our agreement voluntary or court ordered? She is 47,employable, does some work under the table, & has a teaching degree but, keeps herself underemployed. I am behind 2 payments & struggle more now to pay than a couple years ago. Do I take it back to court or can I just not pay her?

You cannot just "not pay her" - you have a court order. It's not a suggestion, it's an order.

So, what has changed since the decree was ordered? Does your decree actually allow for modification?
