Underage Consumption

My question involves criminal law for the state of: New Jersey

I'm currently on probation for being under the influence of marijuana. It was my 2nd offense, my first one was failure to report a fire. On Saturday night, me and two friends were sitting in one of my friends car and me and him had a little bit to drink, but we weren't really drunk. A cop pulled up and did sobriety tests on him and arrested him for DWI. The cop came over and pulled me out of the car, asked me how much I had to drink and I said nothing. He did the test to see if my eyes bounce when I move them side to side. He asked me again how much I had to drink and I saw only a few beers. He then told me to turn around, handcuffed me, told me I was joining my friend and put me in the cop car. I'm kind of confused if he's allowed to ask me questions without reading me my rights, without an attorney, or without my parents there. But my main worry is what is going to happen to me. My probation officer has been good friends with my mom, so I don't know if she's gonna violate me. But I might have to go to court and I'm worried about what will happen there. Any ideas?

Plan on some serious substance abuse counseling at least... juvy is not out of the question.

You see, you have proven to the court that you really don't respond well to probation. The judge may decide to kick it up a notch.

The thing is though, the cop never told me I was under arrest. He said I might be charged with Underage Consumption. So I'm not too sure.
