Reckless Driving Charge for Doing Donuts
My question involves a reckless driving ticket from the State of: Kentucky.
My boyfriend (16 years old)was in a Kentucky state park parking lot (I know not very smart) and doing donuts and drifting in a friends car while they were in the passenger seat. It was around 11pm, the parking lot was empty. The park ranger or city cop (I'm not sure who exactly wrote the ticket) cited him for reckless driving by doing a donut, then driving up and drifting around a corner. Which means the cop watched him do the 2 or 3 donuts, then drive a couple hundred feet and turn right and drift, then he flashed his lights on and stopped them. The park ranger then called a city cop to the scene. Ive read he will get his license suspended, fine up to $100, and most likely have to attend a driving school? Anybody have any knowledge on this?

What other knowledge are you looking for? The penalty you note is correct.
