    Parole Officer Abuse of Opinion!
OK here is the situation. Basicly my brother admited to being with an underage girl. His crimes was something like kidnapping, sexual something with a minor and crimes against humanity. I think that was the main ones, and the people who charged him droped the worse one. He got out on parole and since he couldn't live in his previous house because it was to close to a school or something it was decided to let him live here for a little while til he found him a place to go to. Well it turns out, suposedly that the parole officer assigned to him suffered a loss of his daughter to someone with similar charges. I'm not sure of the whole story, but at any rate he is very set on putting him back in jail. I know he sounds bad, but if you knew the people involved it would be seen in a somewhat different light. I don't excuse his actions by any means, but still he's be let out on parole and I'm letting him stay with me supposedly for a month to find a place. Well, two places he and my mom have found (yeah my mom, she is going to watch over him and live where he does) the owners said they would rent to them. The situation was explained, but the parole had to go check it out and ok it. Well both times he has made the owners fill like they are sick people for letting them live there and eventually the owners changed there minds and wouldn't let them move in. Is that allowed? I mean I feel for the guys loss and I even understand how he feels, but they can't stay here forever and they need to find a place. They can't do that though if this guy is going to keep downing the owners until they won't let them. I'm at a loss at what to do, I thought about trying to get them to contact the Commision of Parole in Raleigh but he said the parole told him that if he tried to go behind his back or something that he would stick him back in jail fast. Any suggestions on what can be done? People to contact? Prayers to say? I WANT MY HOUSE BACK TO THE WAY IT USED TO BE!!!!!...

If your brother doesn't want to press the issue with the parole office, and try to get assigned to a different parole officer, he's going to have to live with this guy's rules and conduct. He can't make the circumstances change by doing nothing.
