Including Home in Chapter 7 Filing After Signing Reaffirmation with Lender
    Florida homeowner.

Initially I decided not to include my home in my chapter 7 bankruptcy case and signed reaffirmation agreements with my lender who holds/services both my first and second mortgages. Making no progress on permanent modifications with the lender I am now considering adding my home in the filing as my bankruptcy case is still open. Can I do so after signing reaffirmations agreements?

    Thank you.

I know nothing about the status of your case. Talk to your bankruptcy lawyer.
