How long have you been married?

(Because that I-130 was approved I recommend you speak with an attorney NOW - because divorce does NOT negate your obligations per the I-864)

I have been with him for 10 years but legally married since march 12 2006

wanted to add that as of today Im still a legal permanent resident, even tho next month I have my interview for the citizenship test

Then you need to be prepared - your husband stands a very good chance of gaining residency anyway.

    See an attorney asap.

He will almost certainly be approved, unless it can be shown that he entered the marriage in bad faith. Hard to show, since you've been together for so long.

"He cheated on his wife" is not among the reasons one may be excluded from residency. I'm afraid you don't have standing to "cancel everything", but as Doggie notes, you need to get yourself to an attorney, because you are still responsible for your support obligations.

anyone can recommend me a good attorney for this case in FL area?

If I understand correctly on this case the next thing wouldve been the interview? after the visa proccessing fee was paid? what If i dont show up to the interview? or quit sending anything that they request? or at the interview I show proof that he was cheating and that I kicked him out of the house and started divorce papers and that he now does not have someone to sponsor him?

oh man I really thought this was going to be easier :( Im so frustrated right now

We don't do recommendations here. The 20 or so regular responders simply don't know all the attorneys everywhere.

You'll want to contact the Florida Bar Association for a referral.

That's the problem - you likely cannot withdraw sponsorship at this point.

Divorce does not negate or relieve you of that sponsorship obligation.
