and how would you request a BC if you do not know the name?

as well, what is on the BC does not mean the name has not been changed. It would only mean the BC was not changed to match the name change.

as usual, once a person gets caught being untruthful, they come back and claim how wrong everybody here is and how simple they solved their problem.

I apologize, I'm just not up for arguing. You can say I'm lying you can say whatever you like. Just because you are confused by something I wrote, does not mean your conclusion is correct. Of course, in your mind you're not confused. Some forums are just like that. Everybody hatin' on the other, double standards, arguing, demanding, accusations of lying. How sad. It really was a simple question, guess people's pride is too strong to say "I don't know".

you are the one that stated there is no divorce action currently and you are not divorced yet in the other thread, you say you are divorced from the person involved, there is no way to misunderstand your statements to such a degree that would allow for a simple error on your part.

as well, the statements in my last post are why your epiphany is simply not the answer you sought.
