    Regaining Second Amendment Rights
My question involves expungements or pardons for the state of: Washington
I was convicted back in 1996 for a D.V. due to a stay of proceeding during a divorce. Is there any way around the Brady bill that is unconstitutional. or am I just an other statistic that can not defend my family or self against an armed criminal.:wallbang:

Was this a felony or misdemeanor?

What code section were you convicted of?

You may have to seek an expungement or pardon that specifically restores your gun rights - provided that your state allows such a thing. Absent that, you should keep your doors locked, a baseball bat handy, and don't stress about being a statistic since you are far more likely to be struck by a drunk driver than the victim of an assault in your own home, anyway.
