    Possession of a Butterfly Knife
My question involves criminal law for the state of: CA

A few days ago my friend and I were skateboarding at a school, and were caught by the local PD. When caught in my hands were a beer and a cigarette, when I was asked if it was okay that they searched my backpack i agreed, and told what they were going to be expected to find. Which was the butterfly knife, funny thing is i let him borrow it and he had just given it back to me when we met, which was at the school, that day.

I was charged with a charged with: 626.10(a):PC. I posted bail which was $25,000 and left that night.

In 2008 on labor day weekend was my first major offense i was charged with: 1)PC594(a)(b)(i)1764, aside from the restitution i was also ordered 5 days of work project, an anger management workshop and 3 years informal probation. I completed everything on time without any extensions.

    So here are my questions:
    1. What is the worst case scenario i could be facing?
    2. On 3-30-10 is my arraignment, will i be able to go home? Because i've already posted bail, or?

You're how old? This is in juvenile court or adult court?
