    Is Second Degree Robbery a Strikeable Offense
    My question involves criminal law for the state of: California

    Is second degree robbery a strikeable offense. The D.A. offered my son a deal and the deal was plead guity to second degree robbery and all the other charges will be dropped. I'm stressed out thinking it might be a strikeable offense. Please Help

    depends if it's charged as misdeameanor or a felony. I believe the strike applies to violent offenses. In either case, if it's a felony he's gonna have his life ruined pretty much.

    I was convicted for a 2nd degree robbery back in 2004 and i got a strike along with my deal. I did a year in county jail with 3 years formal probation. Im not sure if im any help, but thats my story

    i have a question for those who have been convicted on class 2 felony robbery. if a person is accusing you and 2 friends of robbing them ( for $117) what type of evidence is used against you to convict you. i mean how can you prove you were robbed?

    Second degree robbery is a strike able offense in California Usually there is a weapons enhancement that goes along with it if a weapon was used in the commission of the offense California Penal Code 212.5 defines the difference between first and second degree robbery . P.C. 211 & 212 define robbery
