J-1 Visa is Getting Expire
my j-1 visa is getting expire on 31st march.I have applied for wavier and i had recieved the waveir certificate issued by consulate general of india houston.stating that the original has been sent to uscis.but my case is still pending.now what should i do........I dont want to go back to my home country and stay for 2 year because its very difficult to get the h-1 b visa from there.please assist me what should i do to remain legal in u.s.any reply will be highly appricable.thanks.

You do not seem to understand that an employer may file for H1B beginning an April 1 to begin working on Oct 1 (if subject to the cap) if and only if the petition for you is selected in the lottery (if one is necessary) and then is approved.
You do not appear to have an employer willing to file for you at this time. Even if you did, you could not remain in the US until the H1B start date due to the expiration of your J1.
You really need to review the USCIS website on employment based visas; if you do not understand what is required in order to qualify for and obtain a H1B visa, you need to consult an attorney.
Plan to leave the US before the expiration date of your I-94 when you will become illegally present. Illegal presence can potentially result in a ban from entering the US, detention and deportation.
