Getting a Federal Possession of Counterfeit Currency Conviction Expunged
My question involves expungements or pardons for the state of: South Carolina......... I was convicted of possession of counterfiet currency in fed court, it was my first and only felony conviction. Is there any grounds or chance for getting the charge expunged from my record.??

If it was in federal court, then the state has nothing to do with it and is not material.

As it is a federal conviction, there is NO WAY to have it removed short of a presidential pardon.

Federal convictions do not get expunged without a federal pardon first.

These are difficult to obtain. You might find the information here useful.
