Can I Be Kept on Probation Until I Get My Driver's License
I've been on probation for 5 months for the charge of Possession under an Oz. of Marijuana in the state of Oregon.
My community service, eight drug classes, urine analysis tests, and my check ins
have all been completed.
I have NOTHING left to do for my probation.
However, my probation officers is saying she is keeping me on for two more months untill my drivers license is given back to me.(Which is two months from now)
Can she legally keep me on probation because i don't have my drivers license back? What i signed for in court was after i completed my community service, and drug classes, and had clean UA's that my probation would be done.
If you need to know anything else please post and i'd be glad to give you any necessary answers.
Thanks for reading and any help I can get.

If you believe that you have completed all of the terms of your probation per your sentence, but your probation officer won't discharge you, you may bring a motion with the sentencing court. I suggest consulting the lawyer who assisted you with the original charge.
