    Bench Warrant for a Show Cause
    Can you fly domestically if you have a year old bench warrent for not showing up to a family court Show Cause hearing cause you moved to another state and just found out about the warrent, and want to fly back and clear it up. The warrent is in Mi.

    A domestic relations show cause bench warrant would typically have a limited pickup radius, and is not the sort of thing that TSA is likely to be concerned with, in the unlikely event that they even bother to look. It may not even be abstracted. Further, there is no chance that there's going to be an interstate warrant on a civil bench warrant. You shouldn't have a problem.
