Underage Possession/Speeding

My question involves criminal law for the state of: Tennessee

alright so me and my two friends were out riding around, were all 16, i was driving and long story short, we got pulled over with alcohol in our car, i passed my sobriety tests. the trooper issued me a speeding ticket for 54 in a 35 and also underage possession.

my questions are

1. can the trooper issue the speeding ticket without radar/ lasering me based on sheer estimation?

2.what sort of penalties am i looking at for said offenses?

3. what should i expect at court, ive never been?

The the officer actually say, "it looked to me like you were going... um... 54"?

How did he/she state your speed was measured.
