Advice on Emancipation

My question involves emancipation laws for the State of: Washington

I am 17 years old, and for the last ten years my step dad has been in my life. at first it was no big deal. Well as i got older, he took more of an interest in me. I have not gotten raped or molested, but he has given me "toys" and took a large interest in if i masturbate, and he used to stand outside my doorway, cause i did not have a door, and watch me. And he threw a piece of firewood at his son and is constantly threatening the household, and sometimes other people. i have been fearful of him for about five years, and he makes sexually awkward comments to his coworkers about me and my body. He also tells people i am a slut and easy to get with. Is this concern of my wellbeing mentally, and physically, enough to get emancipated?

Also, I have people who are willing to let me come live with them, and i will be supported and attending school. They are very supportive of any decision i make, and if i chose to live there it would be permanent.

Emancipation rests on your ability to prove to a court that you earn enough to support yourself, pay rent, utilities, insurance, clothing, transportation, and ALL the expenses of life without assistance, have a proven history of doing so, and all while making above average progress in your education.

If someone else is supporting you, that is not emancipation. Emancipation means that YOU are supporting YOURSELF.
