Emancipation rests on your ability to prove to a court that you earn enough to support yourself, pay rent, utilities, insurance, clothing, transportation, and ALL the expenses of life without assistance, have a proven history of doing so, and all while making above average progress in your education.

If someone else is supporting you, that is not emancipation. Emancipation means that YOU are supporting YOURSELF.
