Not Exactly Emancipation

My question involves emancipation laws for the State of: Louisiana

Hi, my name is Steven, I was wondering cause somebody told me about being able to leave the house of your parents at the age of 17 without emancipation. They told me something like, "You can leave but can be denied to come back but not be thrown out, at the age of 17".:D

But then again, what exactly are you asking?

Are you asking if you can be returned to your parents home if you run away?

The answer would be "yes".

However, if they give you permission, you can live where you want.

Again... 17 is not 18 light...
