Underage Marriage on K-1 Visa and High School Attendance
Hallo. I was an exchange student on J-1 visa in Arkansas this school year, but my agency terminated my program so I was send back home. I also reported a dangerous person to police but because of that the police have probably a record about me, about underage drinking. But I also met a girl in the place where I lived and I love her a lot. We really from the deep of our hearts want to be together for always and forever. I would do anything to be with her but I am afraid that I won’t be even able to come back if the police reported to the government. I really want to live with her for the rest of my life and because we both live like 10 000 miles from each other it sucks, and we are both in high school by this time. Because I am afraid that I won’t be able to come back on F-1 visa for example or I might be send back even if I would come as a tourist, I was thinking about some different way.
I would marry her in Arkansas where, as far as I know, a female can marry with her parents consent when she is 16, and her mom told me that she would give that consent. I will need my parents consent too, but I think that they will give it to me if I will be begging enough. As I know she would have to first ask to let me come on K-1 visa. Can she do that when she is still a kid in fact? Or does she need a parent to do it for her? Can they deny her I-129F because we are still underage, we don’t have any job, and it is just totally crazy idea for most of the people I told that? What would be generally the reasons y they would not give me my K-1 visa?
The problem is that I still need to finish my education because I need to graduate first and then go to college. But I would love to do both with her, or at least the high school part. I need to know if after I marry her, I can apply to a public school as any American kid. Do I need to do my I-751 before I can apply to school? Or is it even possible to go to a public high school on government expenses as a husband of a US citizen? And she will be 16 in September and the school would be on for about a month already, so if I would need my permanent residence first it could take months and then I would miss like a semester. And I hope I will not have any problems because of the police record. Please tell me if I can really do what I want to do. Would it work or is there any problem I haven’t found yet?

The best thing you can do is finish school and then marry.

The odds are against both of you finishing school after a teen age marriage... by a lot.

I know... it seems like you have to marry her tomorrow or you will die. You won't... and if you really love her, waiting a few years to get yourself set up for the life ahead won't matter at all.

No. And her parents can't do it for her, either.

Aside from being underage (which will cause her application to be denied, regardless of whether she has written permission from her parents to marry or not), she can't support you.

It is REQUIRED that the petitioner earn AT LEAST 125% of the Federal Poverty Guidelines.

Not happening. No way, no how. And really? 16 isn't old enough to start THINKING about getting married. If it's meant to be, it can wait til you're both old enough to drink at the wedding.
