Going for My Second Interview After Domestic Violence Charge
ok, I get arrested for a assault on a family member (mi wife), this happen before my first interview for my greencard. I am in probation for 2 years in order to dismiss the charges, but anyways they give me my greencard for two years, now I have to go again for my second interview (my permanent residence 10 years)

my question is... it will be any issue regarding this episode??

    I still married.

I can only offer assumptions. They know about the incident and allowed you to proceed past the first interview, so I would assume that it's not going to be a huge issue now. But if you want something better than guesses and assumptions, share the full details of your case with an immigration lawyer and get a case-specific evaluation.
