Ca: Code 21453(A) but Registered Owner Out of Country

My question involves a traffic ticket from the state of: California

What can we do to prove that the registered owner (who is out of the country) is not the one driving the vehicle pertaining to the traffic violation? The person driving is of the opposite sex from the registered owner. It is a "snitch ticket" from Redflex and does not contain any court info (i.e. Do not call the court regarding this notice). Do we wait until the registered owner returns to show proof that they aren't the person driving the vehicle? Or should we just leave it alone and/or wait for further notice?

If its a "snitch ticket" then you simply ignore it. Simple as that!!!
