When Conveying Real Estate to Person A, Can I Reserve an Easement for Person B
If I am conveying property to Person A can I reserve an easement to Person B to cross Person A’s property. Does it matter that Person B is not a party to the conveyance. Thanks

You may want to ask an attorney. We do not know your state's laws.

However, an owner can sell property and reserve an easement for themselves, then assign the easement to another.

Everybody's in agreement with this? If enter into a purchase agreement with Person A, then attempt to impose a new condition on the sale, you're not likely to have much success.
