What is the Outcome of Reduced Charge
My question involves criminal law for the state of: pa

Summary Retail theft charged was reduced to a disorderly conduct. What does that mean? Does that mean retail theft charge was dismissed and a new charge was given? Please explain. I am asking because I am filing for an expungement and it asks the question what is the disposition. I'm guessing dismissed or acquittal? Thanks
