My question involves paternity law for the State of: Missouri
This is a long story, but I will try to make it short. I have a 16 year old son. There are 3 possible fathers. I married at 5 months pregnant in California and my husband was put on the birth certificate. My son would now like to know who is his biological father. Of the 3: one will agree to testing, one refuses to test, the third I can not find directly but can find family members who will not allow contact. All 3 fathers live in other states.
My questions are:
Can I force any, or all, of these men to take paternity tests before my son is 18?
And in the case of the one I can not get direct contact with...will the courts help me locate him in order to force a paternity test?
