Information on Getting Emancipated in Arkansas

Can a sixteen year old boy get emancipated from his mom to live with his nineteen year old girlfriend and her eighteen year old friend? he has a job and pays for his share of the bills and has a job and still goes to school. but his mom doesn't like the girlfriend. can someone please explain the laws of getting emancipated to me and if he could get emancipated. thanks

There is not a judge anywhere in the US that would emancipate a minor under the circumstances you describe.
