Harassment
I have work for current employer in Florida for over 4yrs. Every day my employer complains that I am not bring enough money into the shop to the point that I feel that her complaining has become harassment. She also dosen't deposit the cash that customers pay, instead she pockets it. At the same time she threatens that I will not be paid for the week because the bank account is to low. I keep my own records of the money and at the end of each month her books are always different (less) than what my records show. What can I do to stop the harassment, without putting my job at risk?

Re: Harassment
Although this treatment may be uncomfortable and unprofessional, it is NOT illegal harrassment. If you are not paid on the regularly scheduled payday, your recourse is either a wage claim with the federal Dept. of Labor or a civil suit (small claims would probably work) in the Florida courts.

Re: Harassment
You can sue for up to $5,000 in small claims court in Fl. if you go that route.
