Suspended Sentence
Ok i just have a quick question....im in the state of Indiana btw. I was recently sentenced to 365 days in jail of which all of it was suspended. Basically my understanding of a suspended sentence is that its basically probation without a probation officer etc. Anyways as i was driving home today i started wondering.....i dont have insurance on my car at the moment. If i got caught driving without it is that cause enough for them to put me in jail on my suspended sentence ( for battery ) or is a driving offense like no insurance a completely different issue?
Thank you in advance!!

Re: Suspended Sentence
It's enough to land you in jail.

Re: Suspended Sentence
I'm on probation and I got charged with driving while license revoked, and the probation officer told me they will have to revoke me after I have been convicted of this DWLR charge, and just tonight coming home from work I got another DWLR charge for no insurance when they ran my tag. If I were you I would be extremely careful with the police because they have nothing better to do then run people tag, anyway to answer your question yes it is a possibility of getting jail time for violation of your probation because you are breaking the law, and I'm looking at 3 year in advance so I will lose everything and come out fresh after 3 year. UP TO THE JUDGE. **** THE PO PO
