Libel in Idaho

My question involves a background check in the State of: Idaho
I was turned down for an apartment in Boise because the company they use to do background checks said I was convicted of a felony in 2000 and I have a statement from the court saying that the case was dismissed. Can I take any legal action against the company that did their check?

Not if all they did is report what they found. It's not the background checking company's fault if the record didn't reflect the dismissal.
