California Emancipation

I have 5 more months till i'm 18. 8 more weeks till im out of school. I had a job until my mom called for me and told them i quit. I was paying for my phone, my clothes, my own food. i was either at school or work. I'm not physically abuse as i was years before but mentaly abuse. I'm not happy at home and haven't been for awhile. I want Emancipate myself form my mother. I bascially always depended on myslef and can't stand her using me for a babysitter for her own kids. At the age of 11 i was being left home alone but to my other siblings i'm like their second mother. my main point is i want to be on my own. I have the financial help of other family members. can you help me
