Son Knocked Off Bike After Getting Hit by Fruit
Just recently I got a call from the local FL fire department, and, apparently, my son got hit by a fruit or vegi that was thrown from a oncoming car, and it hit him in the chest and off his bike. So I was wondering if any one knows the charges for this.

Generally speaking, it would be a battery. Charges would depend on if the person can be identified. If the child sustained injury in the fall, a civil suit can reclaim any expenses.
