Getting Documentation From a Bankrupt Company
My question involves bankruptcy in the state of: Louisiana

Recently I have become aware of the filing of Chapter 7 by American Nursing. Unfortunately, after they closed their doors the IRS requested documentation of tax information for the year 2004. ALL of my belongings, including all "important papers" were lost in Hurricane Katrina. Does anyone know how to contact the custodian of this information from American Nursing? Any help would be greatly appreciated!

What tax information are we talking about? You didn't file a tax return in 2004? You may be able to recover some records from the Social Security Administration.

Try contacting the trustee for the bankruptcy proceeding.
