Emancipation in Idaho - Do I Have a Chance
My question involves emancipation laws for the State of: Idaho/ Oregon

Quick Thing about me: I was born in Maultnoma Co. In Portand Oregon my parents we're divorced, and placed in jail on several accounts of drug conduct. i was then taken by my mothers parents. that was when i was six, before i knew the streets i knew how to take care of my self on my own i learned with the filthy and poor.i was moved to Idaho. that was ten years ago im now 16 and still live with my grandparents in Idaho. my life style has change greatly and im very glad Ive come to love horses and be come a pro at it im going to graduate from home schooling this June or august. i have a job of Training and selling horses and make well over thousands in just one horse. lately home life is hard. Everyday there is yelling, fighting, hitting, crying, cursing, flying things, and unhappiness hangs in the air. things like your turning like your mother is thrown at me to the point my grades got ready to slip and i almost to the trip to where my mother flew i understand her now i almost drank my self silly and i almost tryed pot but i stoped past that glass of alcohol and my parties have toned down if i want this i have to show that im a adult and not a teen drinking her problems away and dancing away now my party life is over and im back to the wear the watch type. now i barely am home we own two houses a home and office i moved to the office on my own and lives here on my own.i cook for my self by my food for myself im hardly ever home i practically live at my bffs house and my bfs mothers on certain days. Ive had a car for a while i pay for my own food, phone bills, cell, internet ect, horse expenses, car and gas, expenses, i have a paying job. when i graduate i have another job set up in california and a collage ill go to when i turn 18. but im not allowed to think about school above high school and just be happy that i got anything.i if ever i want to do something or travel i have to go to court and beg for the right to go. it took two years just to go to washington d.c. with my school for a SADD National when i get emancpated i dont have to worry about that.i look far richer then my grandparents they say its my fault they might not be able to pay bills. they dont buy anything but christmas presents and ect.on occations for hoildays like family is suppose to. i learned that if i want something you need to work for it get money and hold the money. this has gone on for almost a year and i want out. i can financially hold my self been doing it for 2 years i understand the whole emancipation, my friends stand behind me. i have a job, education, a place all set and once i emancipate i can sign away on the contracts. lately they have been trying to control the items and animals i bought myself and sweated working.i have a banking account, a savings account, a account at the local grocery stores, ect i have no tickets, felonies, or any court against me if i get emancipated i wil not be a ward of the state of Oregon/Idaho and i will get to go to where ever to work and live. i find that if i am on my own i get things done, fast and easier. and i am very organize i can considerate alot easier then being in a house when i dread to walk in the front door
i want to know if i can get emancipated if i qualify for emancipation in idaho and if idaho doesnt have emancipation can i still emancipate in oregon in the county i was born. and if i successfully get it will i be able to keep my things my horses. if i lose will i be sent back to a adoption. i want to know my odds before i swim the deep canal. it will take time and money.i understand the laws of both states and the state of california please help

There are no statutory provisions for emancipation in the state of Idaho.

That means that the law doesn't allow for it.

And no, you cannot emancipate in Oregon, because that's not where you're a legal resident.
