My question involves criminal law for the state of: TX
Hello there and sorry if this post can offend some people.
First I'm married and been cheating my wife with another woman for almost a year. This woman, let's call her my "girlfriend" has a 13 year old daughter. Well since 4 months ago we (the daughter and Me) are having sex and I'm very worry about the consequences of this. When I try to finish the relationship she told me that she will tell her Mom and the Police...!!! What can I do??? I have no intentions of going to jail and I have to admit that when I'm with this girl we really enjoy it very much. I was her first experience in bed and she's very attached to me.
What can I do?? Please need some good advice.

The very FIRST thing you need to worry about is STOPPING this behavior. No matter what this girl tells you. EVERY time you commit this crime, it is charged as a separate count - which could add up to the rest of your LIFE in prison, even with just what has occurred so far. You're already in deep doo doo, so don't make things worse.
Second, you need to realize that at no level does the law consider her capable of giving consent at her age. Even if she beggs, pleads, puts it in writing - this will be treated as a sexual assault and you're facing some serious felony charges.
Stop the behavior. Stay away from this girl. Pray that she hasn't gotten pregnant. And contact the best criminal defense attorney you can afford. -

You didn't post this question from your home computer did you? Because it won't be hard for the police to find it, and unless you know how to delete the metadata from you're computer, you're not going to get rid of it.

Just for the record the girl suffers from ADD and is Bi-polar. Her Mom already receives disability for her from the SSA.
So the Cops are monitoring this site?? Do I need to get ready for a SWAT Team storming my place in a few moments?? -

It's a shame you have no intention of going to jail because you have very little chance of avoiding it if she tells anyone what is happening.
The best advice anyone can give you is to hire a criminal attorney yesterday, and then talk to a mental health professional about why you are sexually attracted to children.
Just for the record you just dug the hole deeper. You're not only sexually involved with a child, you're sexually involved with an emotionally disturbed child. You didn't just give yourself a defense; you just threw the key to your jail cell away.Quote:

It's a publicly accessible site where people are often foolish enough to confess to crimes way more serious than traffic tickets, minor misdemeanor weed, and the occasional drunken brawl.

First, law enforcement would need to get a court order for the forum administrators to turn over your IP address - which would be done. The admin, being an officer of the court, complies with court orders without batting an eyelash.
Then they'd have to get another court order to compel your ISP to give up your contact information - which they would do, because no one wants to harbor child abusers.
Thing is, this takes time. And truthfully, it's not likely that LEOs in your particular jurisdiction are lurking here. When you're prosecuted, it's not going to be because you posted here.
Stop the relationship now. NOW. Not tomorrow or next week, but RIGHT NOW. And find yourself a criminal defense attorney, because you can bet your sweet bippy that charges WILL be leveled; a divorce attorney, should your wife choose to simply divorce you legally rather than via a cast iron skillet to the back of your head; and a competent therapist.
I suggest you find the first and third IMMEDIATELY.
