    H1B Transfer Without Pay Stubs
    Hi,

I have H1B visa which is valid for three years. Just came here in the U.S. last February. My employer is not giving me salary, is it possible to have my H1B be transferred if another company would like to sponsor me? My problem is I don't have pay stubs and just got here for almost 2 months. Do you think I will have a problem if I would like to transfer my visa now?

    Thanks.

    Mr. Knowitall
Is it that you are working and have not been paid, or is it that you have not been working at all?

I too have the same problem
I have been working for the past 40 days on a Indian consulting company H1B. Company told me they will provide me payslips after 2 months. They refused to include me in their payroll.

I demanded payslips. Now they are saying they cancelled my H1B and asking me to go to my to home country. Client is willing to keep me.

    Not sure what to do

If you wish to try to remain in the U.S., you should consult an immigration lawyer as soon as you can.
