Emergency Emancipation

I moved to California from Houston like six weeks ago,to stay with my aunt.My mother was mentally,physically,verbally abusive.She relapsed on crack last summer,and while in Houston it was very hard for me.I moved out while in Houston to a friends house,but it was out of control and unstable.I have been in and out of my mothers house,for 3 and a half years.I've seen and encountered alot of trials and hardships all my life.I was so emotionally damaged,and my aunt asked me to move to cali with her.Now,Im in Cali with no health insurance and I have heart problems and I need health care.Is there anyway I can get emancipated immediately or soon,so that I can get insurance.I am sixteen.Please help,there is more to the story,it will shock you.I need help!!I don't know where to start,what to do and how to do it.My aunt doesn't have legal guardianship of me,so she can't do anything about it.I want to be Emancipated!

You can try approaching child protective services, as a child in need of services. You don't sound like you are capable of self-support, so you would not appear to be eligible for emanciation. (You can read more about California emancipation here.)
