I-134 After Winning the DV Lottery
    Dear sir/madam:

I am a winner of DV2010 and had the interview with the embacy officer. They needed the I-134 form sent to them. On the forms i have sent, I have put my brother's name and address as a location in US.
My brother, an US citizen will also sponsor his wife from backhome to live in States and she has the interview in February.
My concern is: Should I get the affidavit of support from my brother or from someone else ( ex my brother in law who is LPR in US), since my brother will have to file two affidavits of support within a short period of time. Will it impact the decision for issuing visa by the embassy or it does not matter.
On the other side, my brother's name shows on my application forms and it will be confusing to US embassy to see the affidavit of support by someone else. Is it true?
I really want to avoid any mistake. PLEASE ADVISE.

    Much appreciated,
    Diana

If your brother does not have sufficient income and resources to sponsor you and his spouse, it makes sense to seek a cosponsor or alternate sponsor. It's permitted to have a cosponsor.
