NCIII Hit
Dear forum members,
I'm new to this forum and I have a question:
I'm a national of Jordan. I have lived in the USA on F1 visa for six years, during which I once had a violation of NSEERS. My visa was then cancelled and I had to go back to Jordan, Then, the case was resolved and I could go back on another F1 visa. I recently applied for B1/B2 visa and received it. Annotation says: CLEARANCE RECEIVED [DATE] NCIII HIT DOES NOT CONSTITUTE INELIGIBILITY. When I decide to travel to the US, can this kind of note prevent me from entering in the US?
Help is so appreciated.
Thanks,

Re: NCIII Hit
A determination that you are not ineligible to reenter doesn't guarantee entry, but it should work in favor of your again being permitted to enter.

Re: NCIII Hit
Thank you! Is there any idea on what NCIII refers to? What kind of violation? Does it refer to NSEERS violation or maybe traffic tickets??

Re: NCIII Hit
NCIII, or more fully NCIC III, refers to the National Crime Information Center's Interstate Identification Index.

Re: NCIII Hit
Thanks Aaron, I mean it does not state which violation they're talking about. The two I mentioned: NSEERS violation that has been resolved, and a speeding ticket were all that I had on my record - maybe. Another one was bad credit. So, when one has an NCIC III or NCIII hit, why does one get it? because of what violation?
Thanks again....
